By accessing or using Eaglet Mail, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other guidelines provided. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the service.
Platform Purpose
Eaglet Mail is a self-service email marketing platform that allows users to send campaigns using their own email sending servers such as Amazon SES, SMTP, or other integrations. We provide the tools to build, automate, and track emails, but do not guarantee inbox delivery. Deliverability depends entirely on your sending practices, list quality, and compliance with industry email standards.
Email Deliverability Disclaimer
We do not assure email delivery to the inbox. Inbox placement is influenced by your domain reputation, list hygiene, content quality, and sending volume. Eaglet Mail provides the platform and performance statistics only. It is the client’s responsibility to follow email marketing best practices, legal standards, and ethical guidelines.
Use of Sending Domains
Clients must not use their primary business domain for email campaigns sent through Eaglet Mail. We strongly recommend using a subdomain or a dedicated domain to protect your main brand’s reputation from blacklisting or spam-related issues.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use Eaglet Mail for: Sending spam, phishing, or deceptive content Purchasing or renting email lists Violating privacy or email compliance laws (like CAN-SPAM, GDPR) Uploading viruses, bots, or malicious scripts Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account without notice or refund.
Amazon SES & Third-Party Services
When integrating with Amazon SES or other third-party servers, you are responsible for your own sending limits, verification, and compliance with their terms of service. Eaglet Mail does not manage your SES account or charges. Integration assistance is offered as a paid service.
Billing & Payments
Eaglet Mail operates on a one-time or subscription-based fee model, depending on your selected plan. You are also responsible for all third-party email server charges (e.g., Amazon SES fees for sent emails). All purchases are final and non-refundable. Please ensure the product meets your needs before buying.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any actions or content sent from your account are your responsibility. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Limitation of Liability
Eaglet Mail is not liable for: Email deliverability failures Loss of data due to misuse or external server errors Suspension or blacklisting caused by improper email marketing practices Our platform is provided “as is” without warranties or guarantees of outcome.
Termination & Policy Changes
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms. We may also update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
